About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can drive business growth and expand our client base. Your primary focus will be on developing new business within core areas, including temporary and permanent staffing solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop New Business: Research local activity to identify potential business opportunities, establish their value to the company, and develop a structured approach to telephone sales.
- Maintain Existing Relationships: Regularly contact existing clients to ensure full business potential is realized, establish ongoing recruitment needs, and implement a competitive fee structure to maintain profitability.
- Placement of Temporary Staff: Identify core applicants, interview them within corporate guidelines, register them within legal requirements, and utilize audition to test their skills.
- Effective Administration: Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, maintain accurate daily and weekly figures, and produce realistic timetables and targets for own achievement.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proactive approach to business development. You will also need to have a solid understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and competitor activities.
What We OfferIn return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
