About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at West Coast Personnel. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to represent our brand in the auto industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and maintain client satisfaction through scheduled services
  • Conduct territory development through networking and cold calling
  • Manage and maintain customer information in line with company requirements
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management
  • Handle payment collections and ensure credit control is maintained
  • Ensure key accounts are managed effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
  • Knowledge of the auto industry is an advantage
  • Experience with key account management is a plus
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Valid driver's license with no endorsements
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Well-spoken, with proficiency in English; Afrikaans is an advantage
  • Clear criminal and credit record, with no disciplinary history

About the Location

The successful candidate will be required to work in the Kroonstad, Heilbron, Edenville, Vredefort, Viljoenskroon, Steinsrus, and Koppies areas.
