At NewBridge Graduate Institute, our success is directly linked to the strength of our senior management teams at both national and campus levels. As a Vice Principal Academic Operations, you will be a vital member of our Campus Senior Management Team (SMT).

An ideal candidate will be a leader with strong managerial experience, overseeing people, academic operations, teaching and learning, and student support. Previous campus, student, and academic management experience are highly valued advantages.

You should be an effective communicator with a strong ability to manage and collaborate across various functional areas. Your drive to lead a team towards productivity, efficiency, and success is crucial for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement national policies, processes, plans, budgets, and targets developed by the campus management team.
  • Measure, report on, and maintain the policies, processes, plans, budgets, and targets set by the campus management team for your campus.
  • Oversee all aspects of campus academic operations across functional areas, including Teaching and Learning Team Management, Academic Delivery, Teaching and Learning implementation, and Student Support.
  • Review and improve the effectiveness of campus academic operations by managing policies and processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, optimal student support, and teaching and learning.
  • Manage resource centres and libraries in line with requirements set by the national academic structure.
  • Oversee all teaching and learning activities on campus, including lecturer and student timetabling and allocation, attendance, and administration.
  • Manage all student retention and success activities on campus.
  • Administration, including student files, communication platforms, and timetabling.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong management skills across functional areas and operational procedures.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
  • Strong digital and computer skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
