About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Change Implementation Manager to join our team at Staffing Logistics (Pty) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing payroll change strategies and plans, communicating changes to stakeholders, and building capability for change adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Change Plans: Develop and implement change management plans to drive successful adoption of payroll changes.
  • Collaborate with Leadership and Stakeholders: Collaborate with leadership, PEX teams, HR, and relevant stakeholders to assess change impact on teams, processes, and individuals, identify and address resistance, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Build Relationships and Communicate Effectively: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their support and engagement throughout the change journey.
  • Facilitate Change Activities: Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder analysis and plans, change readiness assessments, and communication planning.
  • Develop Journey Communication Plans: Land journey communication plans throughout the change process, ensuring the right messages reach the right stakeholder audience at the right time, in a clear, consistent, and aligned way.
  • Create Capability Programs: Create and execute relevant journey capability programs to equip impacted leaders and employees with the necessary mindset and skills to navigate change successfully.
  • Evaluate Change Efforts: Evaluate the effectiveness of overall and journey change activities and identify and mitigate risks that would prevent the payroll transformation from achieving its desired change.
  • Track Metrics and Report Success: Track metrics and key performance indicators to measure and report the success of the journey change efforts.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Communication, Business, or an equivalent education and a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in change management in a global setting. Experience in multi-country or multi-programme change is desirable.

Demonstrated Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in leading communication for significant business changes and demonstrated ability to develop communication strategies and showcase outcomes.
  • Agile Project Delivery: A track record of delivering long-lasting change and project experience with Agile project delivery.

Remuneration Package

The salary for this position is R55,000 per month.
