Job Summary:

The Portfolio Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the investment team. This includes setting up and maintaining trading instructions, monitoring the execution of these instructions, and developing performance tracking models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer daily trading activities, including setting up and maintaining Trading instructions
  • Work closely with the pricing administrator to ensure timely and accurate execution of trade instructions
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trading instructions and portfolio positions
  • Provide analytical support to the investment team, including analyzing fee splits between respective parties and maintaining a database of Underlying Fund Managers fees & Rebates
  • Prepare regular reporting to management on key metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience working in financial services and/or investment management
  • Basic understanding of comprehensive personal financial instruments, investment vehicles, asset allocation, and concepts of portfolio design/diversification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy
  • A team player who will mentor and help others on their team
