Job Opportunity:

Dis-Chem Pharmacies, a leading retailer in the health and beauty industry, seeks an experienced Senior Nail Artist to join our team in the PTA Region.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building a loyal clientele base and promoting Dis-Chem's nail services
  • Conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys and reporting results
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, product inventory, and customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on the latest nail techniques and products
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to Dis-Chem's quality standards

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • A valid Nail Technician Certificate (gel and acrylic)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional beauty/nail salon environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
