About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in working with internal and external clients to determine requirements and define solutions to address complex business, process, and systems problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct iterative and adaptive planning and monitoring tasks to estimate, organize, and coordinate BA efforts on large/complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain information and conduct requirements analysis and design definition.
  • Manage and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement.
  • Conduct strategy analysis to define future and transition states needed to address business needs.
  • Assess the performance of and value delivered by solutions and eliminate barriers/constraints.
  • Execute according to IIBA best practices, agile product delivery, and lean principles.
  • Analyze and document requirements based on changes to users, interfaces, processes, data flows, constraints, environments, and non-functional requirements.
  • Understand the portfolio's strategic themes, product roadmap, vision, KPIs, and metrics, and align requirements accordingly.
Requirements
  • Advanced diplomas or national qualifications.
  • Preferred qualification: IT qualification.
  • Business Analysis Certificate endorsed by IIBA.
  • Safe Certification.
  • Minimum 8 years of BA experience.
  • Manage multiple IT projects and exposure to complex projects, business exposure, and industry exposure.
  • Guiding others on how to effectively use common techniques.
  • Wealth Management or/and financial services technical/professional knowledge.
  • Research methodology: BA Body Of Knowledge.
  • Business writing skills.
  • Agile concepts.
  • Data and business analysis.
  • Process engineering skills.
  • Global business analysis trends.
  • Business Analysis Discipline, Techniques, and Practices.
  • Microsoft Office Product.
