Warehouse Manager / Supervisor Job Description

RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations for a leading manufacturer in the Plastics & Packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products to meet production and customer service goals
  • Implement and enforce best practices for inventory management and control to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment and shipping processes to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve production and customer service objectives
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision in the Plastics & Packaging Manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide warehouse staff
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software to optimize operations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
