About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Acuity Consultants. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of our client's leads management system, ensuring seamless experiences for intermediaries and customers while reducing business risks and driving system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the leads management system is in top shape, with user-friendly and efficient tools.
- Tackle system issues head-on and drive enhancements.
- Own and manage exciting projects and resources.
Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree (NQF level 7) in IT or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in the financial services industry.
- A Business Analyst qualification/Certificate.
- Bonus points for knowledge in SAFe Agile, project management, and Cloud (AWS).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PP) and key financial systems.
- Understanding of financial services and compliance regulations (incl. FAIS, TCF, PPI etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation skills.
