- Support the sales team with technical issues related to software packages and programs.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance client capabilities.
- Conduct on-site technical support visits to resolve client queries.
- Implement software upgrades and installations.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of ITMS packages (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Access, SQL).
- Proficiency in Windows and operating systems.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills for PCs.
- Loading and configuring software and programs.
- Basic hardware understanding (printers, fax, scanners, ADSL installations, Networking).
- Business and general knowledge.
- Familiarity with legislation impacting the Financial Services environment (FAIS, FICA, Commission Regulations etc).
- Broad Sanlam Product knowledge.
- Sanlam Personnel Policy understanding.
- Distribution Channel fundamentals.
