Administration Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Controller to join our team at AIM Personnel Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage expired or expiring stock to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Execute all third-party depot management to maintain efficient logistics.
  • Coordinate logistics information and feedback nationally to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and collate early warning quality issues to prevent product defects.
  • Support administrative functions and National Logistics Managers in implementing best practices nationally.

Requirements:

  • Matric + Qualification or studying towards a Diploma/Degree.
  • 3 years + experience in FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of Quality, Food Safety & Safety Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills – customer focused.

Salary: R30 000 p/m
