About the Role:

As a seasoned Engineering Manager at OfferZen Ltd, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Your expertise in software development, leadership, and people management will drive the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering teams to achieve goals and objectives

• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role

• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
