Job Summary:
Network International seeks an experienced Operations Director to lead our milling and feed manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our facilities, ensuring smooth production processes, and driving operational excellence.

About You:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 9 years of experience in the milling or feed industry, preferably in expat roles. Your technical knowledge of agricultural commodities and expertise in streamlining flour and feed milling manufacturing will be invaluable assets to our organization. Strong management experience, strategic thinking, and a solid track record of achievement are essential qualifications for this position. Additionally, your ability to develop and improve standard operating procedures, combined with a focus on Opex and KPIs, will enable you to make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities:
As our Operations Director, you will oversee the operation of our manufacturing facilities, manage divisional managers in HR, IT, and Finance, and ensure that all aspects of production are running efficiently. This includes developing and implementing process improvements, managing budgets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Travel will be required, with approximately 80% of your time spent working across various countries in Africa.
