Job Overview

As a Sales Floor Ambassador at adidas, you will be responsible for assisting management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer by engaging with them, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, checks, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with inventory management by checking paperwork against received items and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Foster a positive store environment by contributing to product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor and assisting with visual merchandising.
  • Develop skills in using the point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and integrity through adherence to policy and procedure.
  • Utilize selling techniques such as add-on sales and product demonstrations to enhance salesmanship and meet sales goals.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right product, sometimes serving as a Greeter at the front door during busy periods.
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards and safely keep company assets.
