About the Role

This role requires a professional and courteous individual who can interact with clients, resolve their queries, and provide accurate information about our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer top-notch client service that meets or exceeds quality and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, claims processes, and retention criteria to inform clients accurately.
  • Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our products to clients.
  • Address client queries and service complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solve client refund queries and internal escalations to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Implement agreed-upon processes to achieve operational results.
  • Maintain efficient administrative workflows and comply with internal service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Record accurate details of client interactions for future reference.
Key Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should hold:

  • A Grade 12 certificate.
  • An RE 5 certification.

You will also require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Client Service role within an insurance call centre environment (with references).
  • Practical knowledge of short- and long-term insurance products.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Expertise in insurance policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and numerical skills.
