ESG Associate Role

Paton Personnel is seeking a highly skilled ESG Associate to drive the integration of environmental, social, and governance principles in investment decisions. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with our ESG governance framework and promote sustainable stewardship of investee companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the ESG strategy, conducting thorough ESG due diligence and portfolio monitoring
  • Report on ESG performance, training staff and companies on ESG compliance, and performing periodic impact analysis and research
  • Manage resources and staff, engaging with companies on ESG-related issues
Requirements
  • Honours degree in ESG-related fields (Environmental, Governance, Social)
  • 5-7 years ESG experience, with an MBA/MBL or ESG-related Masters being advantageous
  • Strong corporate governance knowledge, understanding of environmental and social legislative frameworks, and ESG due diligence expertise
