  • We implement effective strategies to detect, prevent, and investigate financial crime by efficiently acting on electronic fund transfer alerts and card transaction alerts. Our divisional service level agreement stands at 89%, with staff productivity exceeding 100%.
  • We work closely with agent banks and merchants to recover fraudulently processed transactions, resulting in high client satisfaction and survey ratings while reducing departmental costs for reimbursements.
  • We provide awareness to clients on emerging financial crime trends and relevant preventative measures;
  • Chargeback processing and token provisioning.
  • Application fraud investigation.
