Attorney for Data Protection and Privacy

We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney for Data Protection and Privacy to join our team at beBee Professionals in Welkom. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on privacy and data protection matters, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations, as well as experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft and negotiate contracts related to data protection and privacy

Requirements:

* Law degree and admission to practice law in South Africa
* Minimum 5 years of experience in privacy and data protection law
* Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations
* Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
