Job Description Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Property Manager to join our dynamic team based in Worcester. As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with the property management team to deliver a smooth and efficient process throughout the tenancy, from initial inquiry to move-in and beyond.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to tenants and landlords, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Triage Service: Assess and address maintenance requests from tenants, working with dedicated contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
  3. Project Management: Work collaboratively with the property management team to ensure all works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, keeping customers informed of progress along the way.
  4. Legislative Compliance: Ensure all properties meet mandatory compliance/legislation standards, implementing company processes where necessary.
  5. Collaboration: Liaise with Property Inventory Clerks to ensure thorough inspections and effective communication with landlords and tenants.
