Job Title: Refrigeration Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at The Legends Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all refrigeration equipment and attending to call outs within SLA timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Respond to call outs within SLA timeframes to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
  • Matric certification.
  • Refrigeration qualification with Trade Test.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years of refrigeration experience.
  • Gas handling license.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent knowledge of refrigeration equipment and mechanical principles.
  • Good knowledge of operational geographical area of operation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
