Job Overview

The Senior Manager of Compliance Durban will be responsible for identifying and managing all regulatory requirements of the group, including mortgage providers and insurance companies. This includes maintaining compliance with laws and regulations such as the NCA, FAIS Act, POPIA, FIC, and other applicable laws.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of key legislations and be able to provide expert guidance on compliance matters. They will also be responsible for conducting compliance regulatory training and keeping internal stakeholders informed of regulatory changes and policy requirements.

Beyond their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and team player who can build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
