The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FICA regulations, verifying customer data, and providing high-quality support to branches and clients.

Main Functions:

Ongoing Due Diligence
  • Review FICA documentation on existing customers and update their records as needed.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer information, addressing any discrepancies or omissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client FICA status and capture changes in dealings with the bank.
  • Confirm details with clients via contact, if necessary, and update records accordingly.
  • Upload ODD documents and send them for approval, blocking accounts where ODD cannot be concluded.
  • Support branches with ODD queries and provide timely solutions.
Administrative Support
  • Efficiently address branch FICA queries.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

A Matric certificate, accompanied by a Certificate in Banking or similar, is required. A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position is desired.

Key Skills:

An excellent understanding of FICA regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 are highly valued.

Important Requirements:

Flexibility to work alternate Saturdays is essential. SA citizens only may apply.
