About the Team

Our Learning Services team is responsible for designing and delivering technical product education courses to our customers. We are a collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation, creativity, and excellence. As a Senior Technical Training Instructor, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by developing and maintaining a deep working knowledge of the ACI product assortment, and using that knowledge to create engaging and effective training experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a deep working knowledge of the ACI product assortment
* Design and deliver technical product education courses to customers
* Collaborate with product development teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
* 5+ years' experience in design, development, implementation, and assessment of learning curriculum
* Subject matter expert in eLearning design methodologies and practical applications
* Skilled in creating learning strategies and interventions
