We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Main Objectives:

  • Manage the Mechanical Maintenance team to achieve outstanding performance.
  • Apply and enforce the Maintain Facility Work Process across all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for equipment viability and maintenance planning.
  • Monitor and control MRO inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Work closely with Discipline Activity Specialists to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the chemical industrial sector, with 5 years' experience in a leadership position.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on productivity and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
