We are a leading company in the renewables industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Lead to join our team.

The salary for this position is R950,000 - R1,100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

A successful Renewable Energy Project Lead will have a proven track record of working on large-scale renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, including strategic planning, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.

The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget targets. Strong organisation and administration skills are essential, with experience in MS Suite, particularly MS Projects.

A background in construction management or financial accounting and analysis would be beneficial. Additionally, experience in PVSyst and Helioscope is highly valued.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent teamwork and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSC degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewables industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills in photovoltaic/renewable energy engineering
  • Experience in MS Suite, particularly MS Projects
  • Background in construction management or financial accounting and analysis
  • Experience in PVSyst and Helioscope
