Job Summary

Lead the operational triad of our client's industrial plant, driving continuous improvement in production areas and employee development. Support site strategy execution through operational excellence, focusing on meeting compelling business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership of Operational Triad: Apply business tools to deliver targets defined in CBN, ensuring site operational efficiency.
  2. KPI Management: Oversee KPIs related to basic problem-solving in production sectors, driving process improvements.
  3. OHS&E Compliance: Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental requirements, and business standards.
  4. Quality and Food Safety: Comply with quality and food safety requirements, upholding business standards.
  5. KPI Improvement: Continuously enhance KPIs for production sectors, focusing on occupational safety, environment, quality, productivity, costs, production planning, ATS, NQC, sustainability, and more.
  6. Project Development and Implementation: Lead project development, implementation, monitoring, commissioning, validation, and start-up in productive areas.
  7. Training and Qualification: Develop, manage training, and qualify teams involved in process, extrusion, and packaging areas, constructing development plans.
  8. Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication: Ensure compliance with cleaning, inspection, and lubrication processes in production areas.
  9. Downtime Management: Manage planned and unplanned downtime in production sectors, collaborating with industrial engineering, production, maintenance, quality, safety, planning, and other teams.
  10. Head-count Management: Ensure adherence to head-counts for productive area operation.
  11. Strategic Planning: Construct 1-year and 90-day plans for continuous improvement in production sectors.
  12. Active Participation: Engage in daily, weekly, periodic, semiannual, and annual site meetings, focusing on productive area development.
Requirements

Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

Skills: Verbal and written English communication skills; professional experience in food industry, operation areas (extrusion, milling, bagging); advanced office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI); knowledge of Lean production methodologies and tools.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
