Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Educator to join our team. As an Engineering Educator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs aligned with ATNS deliverables.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and implement instructional strategies to improve training delivery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Requirements
  • B-Tech /B. Eng. /BSc. Degree /Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Electrical /Electronic /Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Train the Trainer and OJTI qualification from an approved institution.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in course presentation, research, operation, maintenance and engineering support of ATM/CNS systems and associated training systems.
