ATM Training Systems Programmer

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying simulated ATM training scenarios and exercises to support simulated training at the ATA and remote simulator sites.
- Develop, programme, test, evaluate, and re-engineer site-specific exercises for use in training rating, validation, remedial, and continuation training activities, adhering to approved regulatory requirements and ATNS Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with the simulation team to create practical content for the identified Engineering Training and Systems platforms, programme engineering training and systems simulation exercises on systems, and provide simulator system operation training to simulator support officers, ATS instructors, and identified ATSU personnel.
- Conduct and execute activities, tasks, and duties that support the delivery of quality practical training to all training disciplines in accordance with approved regulatory requirements and ATNS QMS, effectively manipulate airborne and ground-based aircraft and vehicles to ensure ATS training objectives are achieved, and participate in research activities aimed at identifying future ATM training systems.
- Participate in relevant technology acquisition evaluation processes and simulation project meetings, contribute to the preparation of user requirements and technical specifications, and collaborate with the simulation team to implement all activities related to the efficient utilisation of the training simulation platform.
