Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team at Sheldon Recruitment and Selection, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting project objectives. This will involve leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing project management processes to drive success.

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee project execution to ensure timely completion and delivery of results.
  • HSE Management: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards in project management, including the development of safe designs and contractor HSE compliance.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including design and build contracts, and lead discussions with consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including local business stakeholders, and provide regular updates and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, leveraging innovative solutions and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the food, FMCG, or fine chemicals industry.
  • Skills: MS Office proficiency, MS Project, AutoCad, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Certifications: PMP certification is beneficial.
