Requirements:
  • Commercial Interiors Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and retail interiors, with a strong understanding of space planning, architecture, and construction drawings.
  • Technical Design Skills: Expertise in BIM management, Revit, and other design software, with a strong understanding of technical design principles and materiality.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects independently and coordinate with stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Professional Association Membership: Membership with a relevant professional association is desirable.
  • Commercial Sector Experience: Experience working within the commercial sector is beneficial.
