Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual design strategies that enhance our brand identity and marketing efforts.
  • Design and produce a wide range of visual content, including brochures, social media posts, apps, corporate videos, and other creative assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand vision.
  • Manage the full design process, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on both video and photo content creation.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both static and dynamic design (video/photo).
Desirable Skills and Attributes
  • Excellent video editing skills, with experience in creating short-form content for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong photo editing and retouching skills.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to speak and work proficiently in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Ability to work independently and is deadline-driven.
  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
