Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track generator deployment schedules, including Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and prioritize generator deployment lists in collaboration with Vodacom FFOs.
  • Promote effective communication among teams, stakeholders, and clients through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Analyze site topology to identify high-priority sites and proactively manage remote resolve transmission faults, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of Field Team activities, notify Regional Managers and Vodacom FFOs of major incidents, and engage Operational Management to optimize turnaround times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of systems integration.
  • Proven leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and solid working knowledge in a NOC/SOC environment.

Salary Range: R550,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
