Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate new retail store leases and lease renewals to ensure optimal terms for our clients.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property developers to secure prime retail locations.
  3. Achieve 3-4 successful lease signings per month by effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Travel extensively throughout the country to meet with clients and attend site visits.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in lease negotiation, preferably in the retail property sector.
  2. Possession of a Matric certificate and a reliable vehicle is essential.
  3. Property Practitioners accreditation is advantageous but not mandatory.
