About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team at a reputable vehicle dealership in Johannesburg. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities, assisting technicians, and providing employee training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient operation of the workshop, ensuring targets are met and technicians perform their duties effectively.
  • Assist and train technicians to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Interact with customers, resolving problems and providing excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Workshop Foreman or similar role.
  • Previous experience as a vehicle technician or technical advisor.
  • Experience working in a vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand.
  • Valid SA Driver's license and clear criminal record.
  • Target-driven, dedicated, and focused leadership abilities.
  • Grade 12 qualification.
