Your Role:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from securing business, sourcing candidates, to making placements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Business Development: Drive new business, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and exceed targets.

What We're Looking For:
  • Locations: Cape Town N1 City
  • Experience: Proven success in recruitment or sales, with experience in IT, Finance, or Engineering sectors a plus.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
