Job Title: Investment Portfolio Analyst

Join Guardian Recruiting as an Investment Portfolio Analyst and contribute to the success of our Portfolio Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to portfolio managers, conducting research, and developing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to analyze and interpret financial data, identify trends, and make informed investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and reports to support portfolio management decisions.
  • Conduct thorough research on investment opportunities, including market analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence.
  • Provide expert advice to portfolio managers on investment strategies, portfolio construction, and risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure our investment strategies remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or mathematics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
