Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EUS Back Office Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide remote technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote technical support to end-users, addressing technical incidents and business requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex technical issues and improve the overall support experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems, processes, and technologies to provide effective support.
  • Identify and document recurring issues and incidents to improve the support process.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support services environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Windows, SCCM, and O365.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL qualification.
  • Microsoft qualification.
  • Hardware qualification.
