Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize new business development opportunities.
  • Manage projects from design to delivery, ensuring efficient and effective project management to maximize company returns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's modular and pre-engineered project delivery business.
  • Manage a team of project engineers, project managers, and administration staff to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Possess a tertiary qualification in extractive metallurgy, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Hold at least 15 years of experience in the minerals processing industry, preferably with a project house or OEM.
  • Demonstrated success in driving performance with technical teams and successful experience in business development and driving organic business growth.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making and build relationships across diverse cultures.
  • Knowledge and understanding of extractive processes, classical design development protocols, and EPC contracting models.
