About the Job:
  1. Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.
  2. Perform regular inspections to identify any potential hazards or risks within the club.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to member inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in general maintenance work, preferably in a gym or fitness environment.
  2. Able to carry out responsibilities in accordance with Planet Fitness values, policies and procedures and stipulated Health & Safety regulations.
  3. Ability to use initiative to resolve queries and work independently.
  4. Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn new skills.
  5. Basic PC literacy and ability to interact with others at all levels.
