Job Description

The ERM Libryo Program Director plays a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic objectives by overseeing the development and implementation of projects that maximize revenue opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership: Establish and lead the PMO, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and standards.
  • Project Request Management: Receive client project and product requests (work requests) and manage the process of decision-making to accept or reject work requests.
  • Project Backlog Management: Translate work requests into projects and organize them into a well-structured projects backlog.
  • Sprint Planning: Manage the process of decision-making to create the project sprints/iterations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and product management, excellent organizational skills, strategic and execution planning skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of working experience and at least 5 years of experience in project and product management or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Industry Knowledge: A good working understanding of EHS, ESG, and sustainability regulations, and how regulatory compliance and management system conformance is managed in an enterprise, is preferable.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of project and product management principles, methodologies, and tools.
