We are seeking highly skilled and professional Outbound Sales Agents to join our iSON Xperiences UK campaign team.
Job Overview: As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients in the UK.
Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls in a professional and timely manner to clients in the UK, providing a luxurious and high-end experience.
- Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring every interaction is exceptional and tailored to their needs.
- Think critically to provide innovative solutions to challenges faced by clients.
- Communicate effectively across multiple channels, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Assess customer needs accurately, identify potential objections, and develop effective solutions.
- Converse confidently with clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on broadband and energy.
- Ability to work night shifts in a call centre environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- MS Office literacy.
- Previous experience working with UK clients, with a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
