Senior Digital Designer Opportunity

Initiate International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing captivating visual content for various digital platforms, including marketing campaigns and game interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Creative Charge: Take ownership of designing visually stunning digital content that engages audiences and drives user experience.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Introduce fresh ideas and leverage the latest trends and technologies to create standout designs that captivate audiences.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to create cohesive and visually stunning assets that align with the brand.
  • Elevate the Brand: Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries, developing design solutions that elevate the brand's presence within the competitive iGaming space.
  • Mentor and Guide: Provide mentorship to junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering growth within the creative team.
Requirements:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital design, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Sketch, and Figma.
  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry is essential, with a deep understanding of the unique creative challenges and opportunities within this fast-paced, highly competitive sector.
  • The ability to think outside the box and conceptualize visually appealing designs that resonate with players and stand out in the market.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
  • Keen attention to detail and a talent for solving complex design challenges.
