Sales Performance Director

Key Responsibilities- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Lead and develop sales teams to maximize product/service penetration.
- Assist sales staff with proposals and presentations.
- Develop strategies to extend the existing customer base and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Align sales resources to ensure consistent engagement and achievement of agreed-upon sales goals.
- Maturity certificate or equivalent.
- BCom/Business Science, BA Business Management or equivalent.
- Thorough understanding of turnover, profitability, sales cycle, aged stock, and key products.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to plan and delegate assignments.
- Strong presentational skills.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Proficiency in networking skills.
- Ability to think beyond immediate customer requirements.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years in Sales Management role.
