Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Lead and develop sales teams to maximize product/service penetration.
  • Assist sales staff with proposals and presentations.
  • Develop strategies to extend the existing customer base and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Align sales resources to ensure consistent engagement and achievement of agreed-upon sales goals.
Requirements
  • Maturity certificate or equivalent.
  • BCom/Business Science, BA Business Management or equivalent.
Competencies
  • Thorough understanding of turnover, profitability, sales cycle, aged stock, and key products.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan and delegate assignments.
  • Strong presentational skills.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Proficiency in networking skills.
  • Ability to think beyond immediate customer requirements.

Experience (Required)
  • Minimum 3-5 years in Sales Management role.
