About the Role- You will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HCPs and pharmacists.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for doctors and pharmacists, ensuring they have access to the right experts and resources.
- You will facilitate face-to-face and virtual meetings between HCPs, pharmacists, and Medical Product Lead (MPL).
- You will proactively follow up on HCP and pharmacist queries and ensure timely responses.
- You will keep stakeholders informed about key events, congresses, and industry updates.
- You will develop and implement pharmacy engagement strategies to enhance product knowledge and patient support.
- You will conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff, ensuring they are well-equipped with product and treatment insights.
- You will provide ongoing support to pharmacy teams and address queries.
- You will collaborate with sales and medical teams (MPL) to ensure alignment between pharmacist training and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Afrikaans speaking person is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to engage with pharmacists, HCPs, and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple interactions and follow up proactively.
- Experience in pharmacy training and engagement; ability to educate and support pharmacy teams.
- Event coordination experience; managing logistics, invitations, and execution.
- Proactive and detail-oriented; ability to track engagement activities and refine strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with medical, sales, and marketing teams.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital communication tools and virtual event platforms.
