The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and colleagues.
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Administrative Support Coordinator.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
