Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading Credit Controllers: Managing a team of credit controllers and reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
  2. Credit Control Activities: Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and uniformity in credit control activities.
  3. Debtor Accounts: Maintaining debtor accounts on ERP system and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  4. Monthly Statements: Sending out monthly statements to customers and ensuring timely payment.
  5. Collections: Collecting overdue debts according to our credit policy and minimizing bad debt.
  6. Queries and Reconciliations: Effectively dealing with accounts queries and reconciliations.
  7. Reports: Preparing debtor reports for all stakeholders and providing valuable insights.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
  1. Tertiary Qualification in Accounting or Related Field (Preferred).
  2. At Least 5 Years of Experience in Credit Control.
  3. Preferably Experience in Leading a Small Team of Credit Controllers.
