Job Description:

As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in procuring required supplier questionnaires and BBBEE certificates, create purchase orders and purchase invoices in accounting system, and prepare minutes of Exco meetings.

We are seeking an experienced individual who can maintain accurate records, manage data entry tasks, and launch reports and financial statements. You will work closely with the Accountant to generate and maintain data room for each project and assist with audits as required.

Requirements:

- 3-4 years proven bookkeeping experience
- Related Bachelors Degree essential
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software

Salary: R450,000 - R550,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)
