  • Technical Leadership: Lead hardware design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with software, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware with other system components.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of hardware to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in electronic hardware design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle) and simulation software. Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design, signal integrity, and power management.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with high-speed design and RF circuit design is a plus. Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test equipment.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
