  • Compliance: Ensure that our HR practices and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Sound Labour Relations legislation knowledge, excellent CCMA knowledge and experience, sound knowledge and understanding of Employment Equity, BEE, and WSP/ATR.
  • Experience: 4 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results in HR management.
