**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related queries.
- Act as the custodian of HR process flows, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Organize and maintain personnel records, both in hard copy and electronic filing systems, including documents such as NDAs, Restraint of Trade agreements, and EEA1 forms.
- Assist the HR department with managing the training database and filing training records for SDL & EE submission for BBBEE purposes.
- Support the IR Officer by providing necessary documents and information as required.
- Generate regular HR reports as requested.
- Manage leave queries from employees and managers in a timely manner.
- Handle filing, scanning, and uploading of employee files, as well as filing of HR documents related to payroll and BBBEE.
- Recommend improvements to filing systems and procedures to enhance HR efficiency.
- Ensure accurate employee data is captured and maintained in the HR system, adhering to POPI regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of the Skills Development and Employment Equity strategic plan.
- Facilitate DOL inspections by gathering relevant information.
- Update time and attendance records on the PRP system for overtime tracking.
- Process monthly payments to suppliers, consultants, and manage company coupon administration.
- Reconcile and submit monthly HR batch payments.
- Manage additions and removals of employees from medical aid, Momentum, and union memberships, ensuring timely reconciliations and payments.
- Perform any additional duties as delegated and required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records in hard copy and electronic filing systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Support the HR department with managing the training database and filing training records for SDL & EE submission for BBBEE purposes.
- Manage leave queries from employees and managers promptly.
- Ensure timely filing, scanning, and uploading of employee files, as well as filing of HR documents related to payroll and BBBEE.
- Accurately capture employee data in the HR system and perform general HR administration duties in compliance with POPI regulations.
- Facilitate DOL inspections by providing necessary information.
- Update time and attendance records on the PRP system for overtime tracking accurately and promptly.
- Process monthly payments to suppliers, consultants, and manage company coupon administration.
- Reconcile and submit monthly HR batch payments accurately and on time.
- Manage additions and removals of employees from medical aid, Momentum, and union memberships, ensuring timely reconciliations and payments.
- Fulfill any additional duties delegated as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- **Must have paySpace and PRP experience.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with BBBEE submissions and compliance.
- Familiarity with PaySpace and PRP systems and processes.
